How to confirm a tour / trek ?

To confirm a trek / Tour ,  all you need is :
  1. Let us know your accommodation details for the pick up? address & tel if you are staying in a Riad / Hotel? this can be whenever available and should be send at latest 12hours before departure.
  2. Let us know your flights details if you are coming from the Airport?
  3. Let us know the exacte dates for the tour? this will be discussed by email before we ask you for the deposit.
  4. Send us a deposit via transferwise to : [email protected]   - we will let you know the amount to send via email, this will depend of how many days you  wish to trek / tour for , how many people on the group, ..etc



How to pay the balance ?
  1. The balance should be paid by cash on arrival either by Euros, sterling or MAD
  2. The balance can be paid by bank transfer 10 days before departure , our bank details will be send by email in this case.
  3. The balance can be paid online via transferwise, a link will be send to you if you prefer to do it this way.
  4. By credit card : 5% fee will be charged to cover the Fee of the CMI

Extra Notes.

Equipment :
For most of the treks the  items listed below will be needed, most of them can be rented locally from our shop in imlil, see prices on this link
  • Good walking boots and socks for high altitude treks / good trainers for valley treks
  • Personnel First aid Kit
  • 3 to 4 season sleeping bag  for Winter monthes and 2 season sleeping bags for June to Sept.
  • Day sack/backpack
  • Head torch / headlamp / woollen hat
  • Lightweight waterproof over-trousers / rain-pants / jackets ( heavy one for Winter ) ( Lighter ones for summer).
  • Water bottle or camel back (recommended)
  • Crampons, Gaiters and Ice axes ( Toubkal winter treks ) ( NOV to May )
